Due to the nature of our products (cosmetic, skin-contact, and hygiene-sensitive), we follow strict return and refund guidelines to ensure customer safety.


Please read the policy below before making a purchase.


1. No Returns or Exchanges on Used or Opened Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products that have been unsealed

  • Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery


This includes all body glue products, whether roll-on or tube.

We do not resell returned cosmetics to protect customer safety.


2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Purchase error

  • Deciding you no longer want the product


Please check product descriptions carefully before ordering.


3. Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged item

  • A faulty product


You may be eligible for a replacement or refund.



To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

  • Keep the product unused and in original condition (unless it arrived already faulty)


We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests based on the evidence provided.


4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen parcels
  • Incorrect address entered by the customer


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. For lost parcels, customers must contact the postal carrier directly.


5. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.


Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.


If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately — but we cannot guarantee modifications after checkout.


7. Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final sale.


We do not accept returns or refunds on wholesale quantities unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
