4. Tracking Information

Some parcels may include tracking, depending on the shipping method used.

If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for:

• parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer

• delays caused by address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay reshipping fees.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for:

• delayed deliveries

• packages marked as delivered but not received

• lost or stolen parcels

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

Wholesale shipping is calculated separately based on:

• parcel weight

• delivery location
